Activity Logging on Model (any Model)

Hello,

I am wondering if ther is any functionality like a revision logging.

for example:
If i have a Model called “Events”. it is a simple model with title and description.

Case: User A changed the title. Now the Activity logging should logged the info what is changed, when it is changed any who changed it.

Before proceeding further to write this plugin. i am wondering if there is anything already present in the marketplace or baked in the core.
