Can I use a component inside the Blog markdown editor?

I want to embed some code within the content of a Blog post.

I’m using V2 with the RainLab Blog component and the default markdown editor.

I’m trying to figure out a way to embed a 3rd party form into the middle of a post.

Is this possible? Or am I going to have to change the editor to richeditor and install this?

Hello! In my opinion, it is in the moment quite complicated to embed content like an iframe in the froala editor. I installed this plugin: This would be a good solution, but it’s not available for static content, but just for static pages. Maybe the froala embedly would be easier. Is there a way to add this to the editor?

We have plans on adding snippet support to every rich editor soon, similar to this plugin:

Would this include allowing snippets in the Markdown editors that RainLab.Blog plugin uses? Because the plugin you linked to doesn’t allow this afaik.
