I am trying to register or use forgot password in the admin, but I get the following error:
‘mail’ is not a registered collector
Any idea what could be causing this issue in mail? I had mail running just fine yesterday with Postmark.
Could debugbar be causing the issue? It is probably just displaying it.
I removed debugbar and the problem disappeared. It had functions that were marked ReturnTypeWillChange.

You may need to update the debug bar plugin to the latest version, if not already.

After uninstalling maximebf/debugbar, I installed rainlab/debugbar-plugin and it works.
