Mail settings issue

I have 2 websites. Both updated from OC4 to OC4.

First one has mail settings set in backend and deleted in .env file. Every setting in backned affect test email sending from backned templates.

Second one whatever i do in backend mail settings system wants to read mail settings fom .env file.

Where is the problem?

Try looking at the backend.force_mail_setting configuration item.
