Mediafinder behaviour on tailor popup

I found a strange behaviour, when i created an global in tailor, using mediafinder, when i openned up finder, and trying to ‘rename’ file there, “ok button” triggers submit of tailor, not that “rename” feature.

… probably that ‘stacking modal’ is not working correctly, becase it wont rename file

Environment: OctoberCMS 4.1.5, backend Mediafinder.

Issue 1: Files cannot be renamed in the Mediafinder backend.

  • Steps: Select a file in Mediafinder → Rename → enter new name → Save.

  • Expected: File name updates immediately.

  • Actual: No error shown, but the name stays unchanged.

Issue 2: Multi-file upload goes nowhere.

  • Steps: In Mediafinder, select multiple files and upload.

  • Expected: All selected files upload and appear.

  • Actual: Upload starts but finishes with no files visible and no error.

  • Notes: Single-file upload appears to work (adjust if different for you). No notable log entries observed.
