Missing icons in backend

I installed recently October v3 but the backend icons are missing. Any idea?

Have you tried clearing the browser cache?

Yes, I have cleared the cache and used privacy mode, but the issue is visible in both my development environment and the production site. Therefore, my guess is that something went wrong during the installation process.

Next thing to check:

Navigate to Settings → Customize Backend → Navigation

It looks like it might be set to Text mode.
