Move OctoberCMS in localhost to server or another directory

Dear Experts,

I need your advice how to move or migrate the localhost OctoberCMS site into

  1. another folder in localhost
  2. into server with CPanel

I already try to make duplicate of my website in LOCALHOST just by copy all of Folders and Files in Master folder. But there is problem shown “Missing vendor files, try running “composer install” to install October CMS” when i try to access with browser.

How do i solve this Problem?

If you have access to SSH then run

Composer install

If not then use the Deploy plugin from october cms
That will solve the issue.
