With a clean install of OctoberCMS 4.2.4 when Group repeater item is moved, all Richeditor components stop working (in both builder or accordion setup).
I tested with default demo theme in Tailor defined backend part Content > About page.
Backend Turbo Router is off.
PS: When group repeater is used with Static Pages plugin in accordion setup, items can be dragged and dropped only by one position up or down.
In builder setup, items can be moved freely to any position.
But it seems this is not working also in OctoberCMS 3 installations.
