October page in editor not updated from ftp

Hi,
I created a page through the editor in October cms version 3.x . when I update anything it doesn’t reflect on FTP inside of themes > mytheme>pages> home.htm
and similarly if I update anything in the page from FTP themes > mytheme>pages> home.htm it doesn’t reflect on the website.

is there any way I can sync it? I tried all cache clearing and route: clear.
even deleted pages show on the web after deleting it.

Check to see if you have Database Themes enabled:

This would cause the observed behavior.
