Overriding localization strings for Laravel validation

Where do you put validation.php to override Laravel localization strings in OctoberCMS 3.x?
Previously (v1-2.2) it worked in root folder lang/<lang.code>/system/validation.php but not anymore.

but what would be October’s “vendor”?

Sure it helped, thanks. Right location is: /app/lang/system/hr/validation.php
