When pageFinder is added as form field, all custom defined list types are resolved, but when i tried to link something via link button, popup opens but there is none of custom list types defined in plugin.

In future, please try to add more detail to get help with this, otherwise it looks like shouting in to the clouds…
What form fields? Which custom defined list types? Link what via link button? Can you us show the popup that opens?

When i created custom type, this new type is not showing on richeditor when you tried to create link on any text… popup which opens from richeditor only contains default set of types.
Page finder widget (in form) shows custom items
on rich editor missing option for all plugin items
when i wrote first comment, plugin item was missing too.
Rich editor will only allow a single item to be selected, this means “All plugin items” won’t appear. That type is only useful when the pagefinder widget is implemented. This is an important but subtle difference. Hopefully it helps!
it is not same as Pages: Page and Pages: All pages? it is same behaviour right?
