Rich Text Editor on frontend side

Anyone had the experience to offer a rich text editor for a user profile page for example ?
In the past, I used quill JS and it was working fine. I was wondering if there is anything else out there in the moment, that would be able to handle image and video uploading as well ?

any experience ?

Just looking for something similar and have 3 finalists:

  1. EditorJS
  2. TipTap
  3. Redactor

I will be playing with Editor.js, I am halfway through integration. I choose this one thanks to its easy integration.

TipTap sounded nice but too high end for my needs.
Didnt look into Redactor, will do.
