Tailor Blueprint editor no longer pre-fills default structure in v4.2

Since upgrading to v4.2x, the internal code editor for Tailor Blueprints no longer auto-generates the default scaffold when creating a new Blueprint file.

Specifically, two things are missing compared to earlier versions:

  • The editor title is no longer pre-set to New Blueprint
  • The default YAML structure is no longer inserted into the editor body
