TailWindCSS in the default demo theme

Why does the default demo theme use Bootstrap and not TailWindCSS ?

Even default Laravel installation uses TailWindCSS so I was hoping for TailWindCSS in OctoberCMS default theme.

I need to know the build process of using TailWindCSS in OctoberCMS, hence my query.
