Two Factor Authentication in OctoberCMS Backend

Hi there!

What’s the current status of 2FA in the backend of core October?

I can see on the Platform website it’s marked as Completed -https://portal.octobercms.com/c/18-two-factor-authentication-for-octobercms-com-accounts but I can’t see any references to it in the codebase.

We’re starting to get more and more clients asking about it.

That portal item was to introduce 2FA for the October CMS website. There is a great plugin by VDLP that introduces two factor authentication for the backend panel.
