This has been going on for some time (10 minutes now) - Its on my localhost

Herd is running in the background.
I’m performing this on my local before I perform this on my live site.
How do I know when it’s finished ?

The UI was stuck at the progress bar - I just refreshed the page and its like this :

Ok, it looks like it was partially updated (but successfully). Try a “Force Update” to fix that build number. It should be much quicker this time.
Or you could wait for the next patch where it will do the same thing!
Yes, Force Update fixed the build number. I guess this is all good on my localhost now and I can update my live site.
Exact same thing happened on live site also.

I think this relates to the v4.1 Larajax implementation, the release note says:
If updating via the administrative area, you may need to click the Update button multiple times for the process to complete. This is due to changes in the AJAX protocol introduced in this release.
