Thanks for reporting. Fixed both issues in 0.31.2.

finding a strange behavior EVERY TIME I update the updates/version.yaml file ro / and a php migration code.
Every time, the formatter get stuck and blocks on file saving. I have to close it down or skip it.
Anything I update inside the updates folder of a plugin causes this.

Not sure what it could be related to, just wanted to highlight it here in case of.
